Ningbo Zhoushan Port now has 308 container routes (256 international), improving efficiency for relevant industries in African markets.

Xiamen Customs supports via policies like "one enterprise one policy" and green channels.

On November 28th, Zhao Zenglian and Ray Smith co-chaired the 12th China-New Zealand FTA SPS Joint Committee meeting in Guangzhou. Both sides summarized past progress, clarified next steps, agreed to deepen customs cooperation, and signed meeting minutes and cooperation documents to promote agricultural and food trade.

On November 28th, Tianjin's first city duty-free shop opened in Renheng Isetan, Nankai District. As one of the first 8 new national duty-free shops, it offers diverse duty-free goods. As of Nov 27, annual inbound/outbound passengers hit over 50k (2013 port opening record). Datong Customs will support more routes to boost foreign cooperation/exchanges.

Jiangxi officially issued the Action Plan for Accelerating High-Quality Development of Service Trade, proposing 20 measures on institutional opening-up, factor flow, etc., to promote service trade innovation and high-quality construction of inland open economic pilot zone, covering open platforms, RCEP alignment, talent/fund/data flow and key sectors like service outsourcing.
