Liu Lei, the first secretary of Shanliwang Village stationed by Qingdao Customs, drives rural revitalization via activating party organizations, upgrading morel mushroom greenhouses, developing new industries, and pushing livelihood projects, increasing collective and villagers' incomes.

Mount Huangshan Spring Home Textiles exports household textiles to South Korea, New Zealand etc., with nearly 60 million yuan export value in Jan-Oct (up 4.7% YoY). Mount Huangshan Customs supports via "one enterprise, one policy", issues 169 preferential certificates of origin (saving 1.75 million yuan tariffs). Huangshan's textile exports hit 170 million yuan in Jan-Nov; customs will keep optimizing services.

Recently, the first batch of imported food and drug substances under the new classification management measures (effective Dec 3, 2024) cleared customs at Zaozhuang Customs. The reform (covering 30 pilot commodities) eliminates the "Import Drug Customs Clearance Form" for non-medicinal imports, solving enterprises' bottlenecks. Zaozhuang Customs supports implementation to boost local foreign trade.

As northern hemisphere enters cold winter, demand for heating rises, boosting China's heating small appliances exports. Shandong exported 1.75b yuan of such products in Jan-Nov this year. Qingdao Customs launched "Warm Winter Special Window" and facilitation measures to support enterprises, helping domestic heating appliances go global smoothly.

Guangzhou Customs seized 121 Ambra's Paraguayan catfish (an invasive alien species native to South America) from a fishing boat in the Pearl River Estuary, which was smuggling the species violating China's relevant laws.

In the first 11 months of this year, Fujian Province exported 1.13 billion yuan worth of trucks, up 75.3% year-on-year. ASEAN and Africa were main markets. State-owned and private enterprises grew, with independent brands accounting for 98.4%. Fuzhou Customs launched actions to support exports.

It boosts international consumption and meets diverse needs.

Starting from Dec 18, Hainan Free Trade Port launched island-wide lockdown. Ningbo Customs provides a practical guide covering zero-threshold travel, upgraded duty-free policies (expanded categories, resident benefits, 100k yuan annual limit) and 4 island departure pickup methods.

On December 18, CCTV's news client reported Ningbo enterprises serve ASEAN with technical strength. Ningbo Customs data shows Jan-Nov import/export to ASEAN was nearly 200B yuan (13.7% YoY growth); mechanical products (main export) hit ~60B yuan (22.9% YoY increase).

On November 28th, Shanghai Oriental Hub International Business Cooperation Zone's pilot zone passed joint inspection by 10 national ministries (led by GAC), marking its actual operation. Shanghai Customs promoted its construction via digital empowerment, built infrastructure, expanded supervision to personnel, innovated smart regulation, and will support its positioning as an open platform for international exchanges, resource gathering, and Yangtze River Delta integration.

Private enterprises in Fujian, adhering to the "Jinjiang Experience", have become the main foreign trade force (1.06 trillion yuan in Jan-Nov, 61.5% of total). They expand trade with Belt and Road countries, emerging markets (Latin America, Africa), with optimized trade modes and commodity structure, supported by Fuzhou Customs.

As the year ends, Qingdao Quanlu Na Food's 406 boxes of pet snacks are exported to Europe after Huangdao Customs release. Qingdao West Coast New Area's pet food exports hit 1.634b yuan (Jan-Nov), 26% of Shandong's. AEO certification helps enterprises (e.g., Quanlu Na) gain trust, reduce inspection frequency, and expand European markets (e.g., Laroy Group). Huangdao Customs supports AEO cultivation, and Qingdao Customs optimizes clearance to help pet food enterprises win international favor.

The China-Australia Free Trade Agreement (ChAFTA) marks its 10th anniversary. Zero tariffs boost Australian wine imports (20% YoY growth) and glass exports to Australia. Huangdao Customs supports enterprises with policy promotion and tech tools, enabling tariff benefits and efficient trade.

Qingdao Dagang Customs completed "water-to-water transfer" supervision via its "Water Water Intelligent Transfer System" for the ship "Shitai 598". The system links multiple systems, boosts transit efficiency by 80%, and "water-to-water transfer" goods saw year-on-year growth. Other models like "cross port intelligent transfer" also improve port release speed.

Huangdao Customs (under Qingdao Customs) seized 0.92 tons of prohibited imported solid waste declared as "linear low-density polyethylene", which was plastic processing scraps. China bans foreign garbage import/disposal, with illegal acts facing return, fines or criminal liability.

From Jan to Nov this year, 4377 China-Europe freight trains passed Manzhouli Port with 457k TEUs (up 8.4%/6.2% YoY). Manzhouli Customs took measures (cost reduction, priority clearance, smart platform, "customs-railway-enterprise" collaboration) to boost efficiency, cutting costs by 15.33m yuan and shortening operating time by 1-2 days.

Recently, a batch of Pu erh tea from Yunnan passed Kunming Customs' inspection for export. Kunming Customs supervised over 4400 tons of tea exports (up 14.3% YoY) in Jan-Nov, with 32 destination countries. Customs assists enterprises via "one enterprise one policy" to ensure quality and smooth exports.

On December 15, 2025, China exported 48 breeding pigs to Mongolia (departing from Erenhot port to Ulaanbaatar on Dec 16), the first such export since 2018. Manzhouli Customs ensured smooth delivery via smart supervision and green channel. The enterprise plans 200 more exports next year, and customs will deepen agricultural cooperation.

On Dec 15, 2025, Hunan imported 1 ton of Benin’s "Sweet Bread" pineapples (GI product) via Changsha Airport—its first such import. The batch, with zero tariffs, was cleared quickly via customs’ full-process services. Hunan’s African agri imports (Jan-Nov 2025) reached 460M yuan (+19.4% YoY).
