Qingdao Dagang Customs promoted the policy; 172 disclosures Jan-Nov 2025 (1.6x YoY) support enterprise development.

Recently, the "Tan Xu" ship carrying 71700 tons of coal docked at Putian's Eight Directions Operation Area. Putian Customs (under Fuzhou Customs) used smart telecommunications quarantine mode, completing entry quarantine in 20 mins. This mode (first adopted by some grassroots customs) uses 5G/AI devices for remote operations, improving port clearance efficiency. It covers Putian/Fuzhou/Ningde/Pingtan ports; this year, over 490 inbound ships used it, saving over 5713 hours and over 100 million yuan for enterprises. Putian Customs will optimize policies to support Putian's "billion-ton port" construction.
