Recently, the General Office of the Ministry of Commerce and the General Office of the Ministry of Finance launched "three new" pilot projects (new consumer formats/models/scenarios) in 50 cities. On December 17, the two ministries held a meeting to deploy the pilot, implement relevant spirits, and emphasize local implementation requirements. Relevant departments and pilot cities participated.
