Wuhu Intelligent Bionic Robot Dog Batch Delivery
Recently, in the laboratory of Anhui Mojia Zhichuang Robot Technology Co., Ltd., engineers are conducting scenario based testing on a batch of quadruped robotic dogs. After completing the customs clearance procedures, 50 machine dogs that have passed the test will be exported to Poland by sea.
This robotic dog has 13 degrees of freedom joints, can bear up to 5 kilograms, and has functions such as obstacle crossing, climbing, and wading. It is adaptable to various terrains and can penetrate narrow areas that are difficult for humans to reach. At the same time, it supports night lighting, and is therefore used by many foreign customers for security inspection work in property and factory areas. Shen Xiantian, the overseas sales manager of Anhui Mojia Zhichuang Robot Technology Co., Ltd., introduced that this robotic dog can autonomously follow, automatically follow and play music. Its cute and adorable appearance is also loved by children at home and abroad, making it a good family companion assistant. At present, it has been exported to more than 30 countries and regions. In Europe, bulk delivery has been achieved for Poland, the United Kingdom, and Italy, which means that the maturity of the products has reached a certain level
Wuhu is the first national level robot industry cluster in China, which has gathered more than 300 upstream and downstream related enterprises such as Evertech and Mojia, with an industrial scale of 41.5 billion yuan and a comprehensive strength ranking sixth in the country. According to statistics, in the first eight months of this year, Wuhu City exported intelligent bionic robots worth 24.8206 million yuan.
According to international transportation regulations, the lithium battery used in conjunction with intelligent bionic robots (dogs) belongs to Class 9 dangerous goods and has strict requirements for transportation, packaging, and other aspects. In response to the export characteristics of robots with "one machine, multiple batteries", Wuhu Customs under Hefei Customs has sorted out the compliance path for the separate export of supporting batteries, and achieved "fast inspection and release" by scheduling on-site inspections, reducing enterprise time costs by about 30%. At the same time, a team of technical and trade experts will be jointly established with departments such as commerce to strengthen the research and evaluation of technical trade measures, guide enterprise products to pass the EU CE certification, and smoothly export in compliance.
