Since RCEP took effect in 2022, Chengdu Customs has issued 12,000 RCEP certificates of origin (48.92 billion yuan visa amount) over 4 years, benefiting Sichuan's lithium batteries, chemicals, and food industries. Enterprises like Deyang Chengyi Food and Chengdu Bamo Technology gained tariff reductions; Bamo's 4-year reductions exceed 1.5 billion yuan. Certificates grew from 2439 (2022) to 3977 (2025), up 29.6% YoY in 2025.

In response to "straight in, straight out" route demand, a "one ship, one policy" customs clearance plan is developed; implement "people waiting for the ship" mechanism, issue the province's first inbound ship health quarantine digital certificate, innovate "ship to ship direct loading and unloading" model, reducing customs clearance time by over 30%.
