Recently, a batch of 219 kilograms of sturgeon caviar with a value exceeding 350000 yuan was released by customs supervision at Harbin Taiping Airport and exported by air. It is the 25th batch of high-end sturgeon caviar export orders guaranteed by the customs this year.

Sturgeon caviar, as a high-end ingredient, has extremely high requirements for customs clearance time and is prone to quality loss due to retention. In response to the export characteristics of scattered product batches, high value of goods, and time sensitivity, Harbin Taiping Airport Customs has implemented precise policies, one enterprise one policy, and made every effort to compress the clearance time to ensure the freshness of exported products.

The person in charge of the enterprise stated that in the past, customs clearance time was the biggest concern for exports. Nowadays, relying on customs facilitation measures, the clearance of caviar can be controlled within 10 minutes, greatly ensuring product quality and consolidating the overseas reputation of Longjiang caviar.

The customs has opened a "green channel" for the export of fresh agricultural products, implementing a 7 × 24-hour appointment clearance system. Through measures such as pre examination of documents, priority inspection of documents, and synchronous promotion of supervision and loading and unloading, the dwell time of goods at the station has been significantly reduced, achieving efficient supervision and rapid release.

With the advantage of high-quality cold water resources, the caviar produced by temporary sturgeon farming in Heilongjiang Province is of high quality and low price, with a premium of 135 yuan per kilogram and outstanding market competitiveness. Customs strictly adheres to the bottom line of export food safety, continuously optimizes the port business environment, and helps Longjiang's characteristic agricultural products explore overseas markets.

Statistics show that from January to July this year, the customs have cumulatively released 5.6 tons of sturgeon caviar for export, with a value of 10.66 million yuan, an increase of 6.9 times and 5.9 times respectively year-on-year. The products have been exported to 9 countries and regions, becoming a shining business card of Longjiang's characteristic foreign trade.
