Anhui Hengliyuan Food Co., Ltd. benefits from Fuyang Customs' peak season green channel (7×24 clearance, compliance guidance) for holiday candy exports, with order volume up 40%; Fuyang Customs supervised 15k+ tons worth 250M yuan this year.

In early winter, Xuzhou Customs supports fresh cut chrysanthemums from Jiangsu Lingyuan Yi'an's base in Xinyi to be exported. The enterprise drives rural labor employment, customs opens green channels, optimizes supervision. This year, 7.83 million fresh cut flowers were supervised for export, helping products enter international markets.

This year's first 11 months, Rizhao Port imported over 9 million cubic meters of logs. Abundant timber drives local wood processing, with Rizhao Customs optimizing clearance to support the industry, achieving annual output value of 12 billion yuan, creating over 20,000 jobs, and furniture exports up 9.4% year-on-year.

Pingliang Customs' "Pingjietong" operation boosts Gansu apples' export efficiency (batch inspection, cost savings), ensures quality for international markets, extends industrial chain to deep processing, and increases export value (50.3% year-on-year growth, deep processing up 7.1x).

The "Shenzhen Hong Kong Automotive Express Plan" launched Dec 22 in Qianhai enables pre-import review for domestic new energy vehicles, faster HK registration, cutting enterprise costs (over 70% time/cost saved, tens of millions yuan annual savings). It's a GBA cooperation measure by Shenzhen and Hong Kong Customs.

Shanghai Customs supervises Peruvian avocado imports. The Qiankai Shanghai route (1-year launch) boosted China-Peru trade to 5.57b yuan (205k tons); Shanghai-Peru trade up 40.3% (Jan-Nov). Fresh fruits benefit from shorter shipping and smart customs, with Peruvian fruit imports up 117.4%. Two-way trade benefits both.

Gongbei Customs data shows Hengqin Cooperation Zone’s Jan-Nov import/export hit 40.16b yuan (+75.4%), with growing cross-border flows. It advances livelihood integration (Macau drugs, cross-border students) and industries (chip export, aircraft leasing), hosting 7400+澳资 enterprises. Customs optimizes services for GBA high-quality development.

On December 18th, Hainan Free Trade Port launched island-wide closure, entering a new construction stage. With policy support and reform innovation, it achieved 102.5b yuan foreign investment in 5 years (14.6% annual growth). Key policies include zero tariffs, double 15% tax, plus reform measures optimizing business environment, attracting global resources and contributing replicable experience to China's modernization.

Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lin Jian stated on Dec 23 that Hainan Free Trade Port will be an important gateway for China's high-level opening-up. China continues to expand opening-up with measures like reduced foreign investment negative lists and lifted manufacturing restrictions. In first 11 months, China had over 60k foreign-invested enterprises (16.9% YoY) and goods trade over 41t yuan (3.6% YoY), injecting impetus into global prosperity.

On December 18, 2025, Hainan Free Trade Port completed island-wide closure, entering a new high-level opening-up stage. Adopting "opening the first line, controlling the second line" regulation, zero tariffs/low tax rates boost industries like aircraft maintenance and grain & oil processing, while biosecurity defense is strengthened.

Hefei ranked 8th in China's 2025 foreign trade competitiveness (top 10 for the first time, first in central-western regions), driven by innovation, industrial upgrading (new energy vehicles etc.), logistics network (China-Europe trains, airport, Paihe Port) and policy support, reflecting inland cities' foreign trade growth.

On Dec 22 local time in Riyadh, the 2025 China (Saudi Arabia) Export Brand Exhibition opened, with over 60 Ningbo enterprises showcasing products. It's part of Ningbo's market expansion actions. Ningbo's imports/exports to Saudi Arabia rose 15.2% Jan-Nov this year, amid deepening China-Saudi cooperation via Belt and Road & Vision 2030.
