The local customs clearance mode for ordinary goods in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Logistics Park has been implemented, and the export value has exceeded 800 million yuan in six months

On the morning of August 5th, the parcel sorting, inspection and loading operations in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Logistics Park located in Zhuhai were carried out in an orderly manner. 280 ordinary goods were quickly loaded under the supervision of Wan Chai Customs, which is under the jurisdiction of Gongbei Customs. They will soon depart from the Zhuhai Highway Port on the Hong Kong Zhuhai Macao Bridge and be transferred to various parts of the world via Hong Kong International Airport.

The Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Logistics Park is a clearly defined construction project in the "Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area Planning Outline" and an important logistics platform for the new economic and trade channel of the Hong Kong Zhuhai Macao Bridge. The park is located in the hinterland of Zhuhai, the transportation hub of the Hong Kong Zhuhai Macao Bridge. It can reach Hong Kong Airport in 50 minutes and Macau Airport in 30 minutes, with obvious location advantages.

Since the local customs clearance mode for ordinary goods was implemented in the park in January this year, a total of 30800 ordinary goods have been cleared quickly under the supervision of Wan Chai Customs, and the total value of exported goods has exceeded 822 million yuan. With the support of customs, the export volume of ordinary goods in the park has continued to rise for more than half a year, gradually forming a diversified and coordinated development pattern of cross-border e-commerce and ordinary goods export.
