From January to April, private enterprises in Fujian exported plastic products worth 9.46 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 14.1%, accounting for 76.3% of the total export value of plastic products in the province during the same period. During the same period, foreign-invested enterprises in Fujian exported plastic products worth 2.44 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 6.1%, accounting for 19.7%. In addition, from January to April, Fujian state-owned enterprises exported plastic products worth 500 million yuan, accounting for 4%.

During the same period, Fujian exported plastic products to the European Union worth 1.68 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 24.2%, accounting for 13.5%.
From the perspective of export categories, the export momentum of various plastic products in Fujian is improving. According to statistics, from January to April, Fujian exported plastic sculptures and decorations, as well as plastic kitchen utensils, worth 1.3 billion yuan and 1.03 billion yuan respectively, accounting for 18.8% of the total export value of plastic products in the province during the same period. During the same period, Fujian exported 620 million yuan worth of plastic made household appliances, hygiene or toiletries, a year-on-year increase of 6.1%. In addition, from January to April, Fujian exported plastic plugs, lids, and similar products worth 200 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 35.1%..
