According to Hangzhou Customs, Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport handled 4.8937 million inbound/outbound personnel (up 12.52% YoY) and 32700 flights (up 9.87% YoY) in Jan-Nov, exceeding 2024 totals. Growth is driven by visa-free policies and expanded routes; 30 direct int'l routes, 560 weekly flights, 43 new transit routes, and 12000+ transit passengers, boosting hub effect.
