The "Yixin Europe" China Europe freight train has exported over 100000 TEUs of containers this year
On August 7th, a China Europe freight train loaded with automotive parts, hardware tools, daily necessities, and other goods departed from the East China International Intermodal Port. According to statistics, as of August 7th, the export containers of the "Yixin Europe" China Europe freight train this year have exceeded 100000 TEUs, breaking the record for the same period in previous years and continuing to rank first in the scale of China Europe freight trains. With impressive growth data, it demonstrates the strong resilience of Zhejiang's opening up to the outside world and cross-border logistics.
The cargo structure of the China Europe freight train is shifting towards excellence and novelty. Compared to previous years' product structure mainly consisting of daily necessities, textiles, shoes, and hats, this year's "Yixin Europe" train continues to iterate and upgrade its product categories, with significant improvements in industrial adaptability and product added value. High end intelligent manufacturing products such as photovoltaic energy storage modules, smart home appliances, precision machine tools, new energy vehicles, and core components have gradually become the main export goods.
The innovation and upgrading of logistics models have further consolidated the foundation of train development. Since the beginning of this year, the "Yixin Europe" China Europe freight train has continued to enrich the multimodal transport system, fully implementing diversified transport modes such as export rail public transport and "China Europe freight train+sea rail transport", and achieving normalized operation. It effectively integrates the advantages of long-distance, large capacity, and strong stability of railways with the characteristics of low sea freight rates and flexible access to road transport, and constructs a multidimensional and three-dimensional cross-border logistics network, continuously amplifying the agglomeration effect and radiation efficiency of freight train sources.
The iterative upgrade of customs supervision services ensures the efficient operation of trains. Hangzhou Customs continues to deeply implement the "Yiwu Development Experience", taking digital reform as the starting point, relying on the new generation of large customs clearance platform, improving the all-weather automatic customs transfer mechanism, building a smart supervision system for real-time comparison and closed-loop control of logistics data, customs declaration data, and customs transfer data, promoting the interconnection, sharing and utilization of data among customs, railways, and stations, and improving the efficiency of port clearance and comprehensive operation.
At present, the "Yixin Europe" China Europe freight train has normalized and stabilized the operation of 27 international routes, reaching more than 160 cities in more than 50 countries and regions on the Eurasian continent.
