Shanghai Customs data shows Shanghai's beauty cosmetics/toiletries exports (Jan-Feb 2026) were 990M yuan (+22.4% YoY); Oriental Beauty Valley (Fengxian) had 310M yuan (+48.1% YoY). Growth is driven by Customs' "Eleven Measures" (optimize inspection, innovate regulation, improve efficiency), including white list for R&D imports, remote inspection, reduced sampling, with 22 Fengxian enterprises on the list as of Feb 2026.

Recently, the "Hefei-Dubai" international cargo route completed its official maiden flight from Hefei Xinqiao Airport to Dubai. As a Middle East hub, Dubai supports global cross-border e-commerce. The route helps Anhui integrate into the Belt and Road. Hefei Customs ensured smooth operation with facilitation measures and will continue optimizing services.

On April 15, Yantai launched its first transit cargo Central Asia train (Incheon-Yantai-Khorgos sea rail intermodal). Containers from Incheon reach Yantai via ferry then rail to Khorgos for Central Asia. Yantai Port’s hub optimizes transit, cutting time/cost by over 30%. Yantai Customs supervised 955 intermodal containers this year, up 2.5x YoY.

Recently, 72 tons of Yichun high-temperature mechanism bamboo charcoal worth 260,000 yuan was exported to South Korea after Yichun Customs inspection. This year, it has been exported to multiple Asian and European countries. Made from bamboo via high-temperature quenching, it’s used in clean fuel, agriculture, air purification, favored by the international market. Outdoor leisure drives export growth. Yichun Customs optimizes services (green channel, advance declaration) to facilitate exports, and will continue helping green products go global.

On April 13th, 5000 packs of seaweed products from Zhejiang Xikang Food were qualified by Wenzhou Customs, marking the first export of Wenzhou's Dongtou seaweed to Hong Kong. In the first two months of this year, Shanghai's automobile exports (especially new energy vehicles) grew strongly. At Haitong Terminal in Waigaoqiao Port Area, 24-hour efficient operations and convenient customs clearance (7×24 services) support rapid growth. Electric vehicle exports rose 112.6% year-on-year, boosting overall export growth.

Since its 2025 Nov 13 operation, it has exported 1.02 million packages worth 101 million yuan. The station boosts logistics efficiency, with customs optimizing supervision via digital measures.
