Since China implemented 100% zero tariff for least developed countries with diplomatic ties, Fujian's trade with them grew (Jan-Oct: 61.44b yuan, +21.7%). Recently, the first 2025 batch of 26-ton Chilean cherries landed at Hefei Xinqiao Airport, Anhui, with 2-hour customs clearance. Hefei Airport’s international cargo (Oct 2025: 6500 tons, +219% YoY) grew. Customs innovations speed up clearance, ensuring cherry freshness for Anhui’s winter consumption.

Fujian Province, leveraging ecological advantages, has become an important Chinese vegetable export base. From Jan-Nov this year, its vegetable exports hit 1 billion yuan (+9.6% YoY), with ASEAN as main market and strong UAE growth. Main varieties include cabbage, chili, water chestnuts. Fujian, an important Chinese wire and cable export province, saw its exports reach 13.14 billion yuan (up 80.5% YoY) in the first 11 months, ranking 4th nationally. Ningbo's 28,000 private businesses with import/export records exceeded trillion-yuan trade (4% YoY growth) one month early, accounting for 77.6% of city's total foreign trade. They boosted overall volume by 3pp in Jan-Nov via structural optimization (tech-intensive products) and flexibility (cross-border e-commerce, CAFTA 3.0), with ASEAN trade up 12.8% YoY.

Ningbo Port Expansion and Opening Project passed national acceptance, covering 5 projects across 3 port areas. It enables full opening of 8 port areas, boosts supply chain resilience, port-city integration, ship repair and aquatic trade, supported by customs' "one terminal, one policy".

The first "Istanbul Bridge" of China Europe Arctic Express completed its maiden voyage, returning to Ningbo Zhoushan Port. It marks the opening of China-Europe trade's "Third Channel" and a key step for the "Ice Silk Road". The voyage verified Arctic Northeast Passage safety, with Ningbo Customs support.

China's Jan-Nov exports rose 6.2% to $3.47T with a $1.08T surplus, reflecting its global supply chain role (lowering costs/inflation). Mechanical/electrical exports up 8.8%, foreign-funded firms active; trade is win-win, no global threat.

Qingdao Jiaodong Airport Customs seized illegal items (cosmetics, bags, watches, 320 cigarettes, 1 e-cigarette, 138 "three no" drugs with methamphetamine positive) carried by a passenger, total value ~67000 yuan, and filed a case.

According to Shanghai Customs, Shanghai's import-export to ASEAN reached 530.31 billion yuan (up 12.6%) in Jan-Oct this year. Customs issued 159,000 preferential certificates, used digital/smart measures to boost trade, cut tariffs, and accelerate clearance for fresh produce and enterprises.

Weihai Customs (under Qingdao Customs) seized 200 dangerous goods emergency power sources in export channels. The goods’ battery capacity and packaging failed to comply with maritime dangerous goods regulations; the enterprise lacked required packaging identification, suspected of evading supervision. Relevant items are temporarily detained.

As Winter Solstice approaches, Qingdao's frozen dumplings export grows. Qingdao Yierjia Food's 800k-yuan dumplings will go to South Korea via Qingdao Port, supervised by Dagang Customs with "one enterprise, one policy" support. Shandong's stuffed pasta exports hit 726m yuan (up 11%) Jan-Nov this year.

The "WTO/TBT-SPS National Notification and Consultation Center (Shanghai) Biomedical Technical Trade Measures Research and Evaluation Base" was unveiled in Shanghai. Jointly established by three entities, it's China's only such base for biopharmaceuticals, focusing on cutting-edge fields. Shanghai's biopharmaceutical industry has grown steadily with notable innovative achievements.

Bayuquan Customs supervised Ansteel Group's 8336.5 tons of SAR48 steel rails export to Belt and Road countries, opening a green channel for efficient clearance. Jan-Nov this year, it supervised 10.229 million tons of steel exports (up 45.2% YoY) worth 36.21 billion yuan (up 25.1%).

Recently, under Meishan Customs (Ningbo Customs), Ningbo Yaji Logistics' TV stands were declared/released in Meishan Comprehensive Bonded Zone. Ningbo's cross-border e-commerce special area exported 5.393 billion yuan (Jan-Nov, +20.73% YoY). Customs' innovations (e.g., "one warehouse, multiple capabilities") and optimized services support enterprises, with advantages like tax refund upon entry to boost competitiveness.

As winter approaches, ice and snow economy heats up. Changping Customs supports Dongguan Changsheng Sports Goods Co.'s ski pole exports via regulation guidance and convenient measures. The company’s exports rise, expanded new markets. Customs supervised 350M yuan sports goods exports Jan-Nov this year.

Yanji Cross border E-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Zone records 32.42% YoY growth in bonded logistics transaction volume. Yanji Customs optimizes supervision (e.g., "bonded display+cultural tourism+cross-border e-commerce" model, 7×24h clearance) to support enterprises like Longmat Group, driving South Korea trade and forming a "exhibition-trade-tourism" virtuous cycle.

Yantai East Germany Industrial’s five hydrogen circulation pumps were exported post Yantai Customs clearance. The pump has 95% localization and low-temp start. Yantai Customs uses innovative measures to cut inspection time. Shandong’s Jan-Nov electromechanical exports hit 952.22b yuan (+8.9% YoY). Customs supports high-end "Made in China" exports.
