It meets China's GB/T 45203-2024 standard, with Huangdao Customs implementing efficient supervision to promote compliant import and resource utilization.

2025 marks RCEP's 4th year of implementation. Changshu Customs issued ~18,000 RCEP certificates (6.11b yuan) by Nov. Changshu's textile & apparel exports grew 5.5% YoY to 20.79b yuan.
