It covered AEO system, mutual recognition, certification standards, and interacted with enterprises. China Customs has AEO mutual recognition with 31 economies (57 countries/regions), ranking first globally.

On December 5, 2025, the first batch of imported food and drug substances under the new classification management measures (effective December 3) cleared customs at Zaozhuang Customs (Qingdao Customs), arriving at Tengzhou's spice market. The reform eliminates the need for non-medicinal imports to provide the "Import Drug Customs Clearance Form", solving prior bottlenecks, and Zaozhuang Customs supports local foreign trade development.

Minquan Bonded Logistics Center recorded 74.1% YoY import/export growth (1.493B yuan) in Jan-Oct, exports up 85.6% (1.474B yuan). It ranks 2nd in Henan's bonded logistics centers (1st in exports). Refrigeration products (61.8% of bonded exports) and sea-rail intermodal (4471 containers) fuel growth. Zhengzhou Customs issued 9 support measures, with new Thai durian imports.

According to Zhengzhou Customs, Henan's imports and exports reached 840.24 billion yuan in the first 11 months of 2025, up 13.5% YoY (exceeding national average by 9.9pp, exceeding last year's full-year scale). Exports rose 18% to 552.57b yuan, imports up 5.8% to 287.67b yuan. Key features include growing enterprises, EU/ASEAN as top partners, 70%+ mechanical and electrical exports, expanding imports of such products and agricultural goods, fast growth of open platforms, and positive growth in 12 cities & Jiyuan.

In recent years, Fujian's audio and video equipment components export has grown remarkably. From Jan-Nov this year, it reached RMB 2.68 billion (39.7% YoY). ASEAN (52.2% growth) and EU (79.6%) are key markets. Processing trade and foreign-invested enterprises drive it, with Fuzhou Customs providing policy and service support.

Under Bayuquan Customs (Dalian Customs) supervision, 70,700 tons of Huaneng Power's imported coal was quickly cleared for power generation and heating to respond to winter cold wave. Customs opened green channel, implemented "one-ship-one-policy" and optimized inspection process. By Nov this year, it supervised 6.496 million tons imported coal, up 3.2% year-on-year.

On December 15th, Fuzhou Customs implemented the Liquid Chemical Processing Trade Regulatory Model at Jiangyin Port Area, transporting 4,754 tons of bonded liquid chemicals to Wanhua Chemical Fujian. The model cuts costs by allowing existing facilities, e.g., Wanhua saves ~50M yuan in import taxes yearly.
