In the first four months, imports and exports exceeded 30 billion yuan, and Hefei's processing trade underwent transformation and upgrading

On May 29th, according to statistics from Luzhou Customs, a subsidiary of Hefei Customs, in the first four months of this year, Hefei City imported and exported 33.38 billion yuan through processing trade, a year-on-year increase of 23.9%.

Recently, Hefei Purde Medical Supplies Co., Ltd. applied to Luzhou Customs for the 125th manual since the start of processing trade business. The company specializes in the research and development, production, and sales of disposable non-woven medical protective and surgical consumables, and has been engaged in processing and trade business for 20 years. By relying on the processing trade policy, it can save a comprehensive cost of 20 million yuan annually.

By 2025, 6 of the top 10 import and export enterprises in Hefei will engage in processing trade, bonded trade, and other related businesses. Since last year, there have been 26 new processing and trade enterprises in the jurisdiction of Luzhou Customs, with a total of over 200. The industrial structure has accelerated from traditional clothing processing and assembly to high-end manufacturing fields such as integrated circuits, semiconductors, automotive industry, and computer spare parts.

We will compress the time limit for deep processing transfer and centralized declaration, promote the reform of short overflow intervals, and allow for verification within a reasonable error range in accordance with regulations. At the same time, we support the cultivation of a new business model of "bonded+" in the local area, guide enterprise ERP systems to connect with customs data, and promote the landing of three bonded maintenance enterprises in the comprehensive bonded zone. In the first four months of this year, we repaired 43000 laptop motherboards, server motherboards, display screens, computers, and other items. In addition, the customs also expanded the scope of application of the enterprise group processing and trade supervision mode, covering 15 enterprises from 4 enterprise groups in the jurisdiction, achieving independent transfer and efficient circulation of bonded materials across enterprises within the group.
