This reduces paper circulation, eases enterprise burden, improves trade facilitation (10 mins vs 2-4 days, no in-person visits). Guanzhong Customs Director Qi Bo noted query limits for eligible enterprises.

On December 30, 2025, Xi'an Customs issued AEO Advanced Certification to Shaanxi Hanjiang Pharmaceutical, the first original pharmaceutical enterprise in Shaanxi.
