On December 11, China's first new quality productivity comprehensive bonded zone—Yizhuang Comprehensive Bonded Zone—officially opened. An autonomous truck completed its first cargo transfer (valve equipment worth $700k) with seconds-long customs clearance. It has attracted over 30 enterprises, launched 11 support measures (up to 50M yuan per project), and plans to form innovative formats by 2028.

On Dec 10, 2024, Yunnan's Guanlei Port opened to the outside world, a key China-ASEAN hub via Lancang Mekong River. By Dec 9, 2025, its international cargo exceeded 260k tons (2.6b yuan), with 34k+ inbound/outbound people. Xishuangbanna Customs optimized clearance via smart measures, boosting efficiency over 20% and foreign trade vitality.

On December 11, He Yadong (China's Commerce Ministry spokesperson) responded to the EU's electric vehicle anti-subsidy case, noting China-EU held a trade remedy dialogue this week and will continue negotiations next week. China welcomes the EU to restart price commitments talks and hopes the EU abides by non-discrimination to resolve frictions via dialogue.

The platform supports customs' inspection reform for vacuum-packaged high-tech goods, enhancing efficiency. Hebei customs offers supportive measures; reforms benefited 2594 declarations (1.381b yuan) Jan-Nov, with future plans to boost strategic emerging industries.

Qianjiang Customs assists Zhejiang’s agricultural and food products (fish, bamboo shoots, bee products) in global exports via precise measures, green channels, and quality supervision. Zhejiang’s Jan-Oct import/export reached 4.6 trillion yuan (5.3% YoY growth).

Fujian Province’s lithium battery exports grew strongly Jan-Oct, hitting 108.38B yuan (new historical high, 11.3% of total exports). Private enterprises dominated (over 90%), Europe/America were main markets, and Xiamen Customs innovated inspection to boost exports.

Recently, the "Tan Xu" ship carrying 71700 tons of coal docked at Putian's Eight Directions Operation Area. Putian Customs (under Fuzhou Customs) used smart telecommunications quarantine mode, completing entry quarantine in 20 mins. This mode (first adopted by some grassroots customs) uses 5G/AI devices for remote operations, improving port clearance efficiency. It covers Putian/Fuzhou/Ningde/Pingtan ports; this year, over 490 inbound ships used it, saving over 5713 hours and over 100 million yuan for enterprises. Putian Customs will optimize policies to support Putian's "billion-ton port" construction.
