Under the global silver economy, China's elderly friendly products become a new foreign trade highlight. Zengcheng Customs supervised the "silver-haired train" transporting elderly supplies to Europe. With innovative products and competitive logistics, exports reached 10.5 million yuan from Jan to Nov this year, supported by customs facilitation measures.

Guangdong's first anchor load reduction freight deduction business was successfully implemented by Huangpu Customs, reducing an enterprise's tax by over 8,000 yuan. The policy excludes inland waterway freight after goods arrive in China from dutiable value. Huangpu Customs innovated the "Huangpu Scheme" for this, with cumulative tax reduction exceeding 2.9 million yuan since 2024 pilot. In 2024-2025, Baiyang Village in Xinjin District built a cold chain center, obtained export registration, and opened international markets in December 2025. By January 2026, over 1000 tons of citrus (Ehime, Unknown Fire) were exported (including to Malaysia), bringing villagers higher income and employment.

Deyang is enhancing its opening-up level. On Jan 6, its international railway logistics port customs supervision center completed its first export (10 containers of ceramic tiles to Laos). Deyang's pillar industries (high-end energy equipment, chemicals) enter a global expansion window. Leveraging RCEP and China-Europe freight trains, it focuses on platform, channel and entity construction for higher opening-up in the 15th Five-Year Plan.

On Jan 9, Hainan Airlines launched international connecting flights from Chengdu Tianfu to Vienna, featuring "one ticket to the end, luggage direct check" to optimize transit. Chengdu Tianfu has 38 such routes, with 2025 international passenger target 410,000.

Zigong’s foreign trade had a good start; highlights include Sichuan’s first rabbit meat export (zero breakthrough), Fushun citrus self-export (value upgrade), first Central Asian return train (two-way logistics). 2025 Jan-Nov import/export hit 6.15B yuan (15.1% YoY growth). 15th Five-Year Plan prioritizes land port and train route expansion.

On Jan 8, 2026, two TIR trucks departed Wenzhou for Russia (10th-11th 2026 TIR exports). TIR is a UN convention-based cross-border transport model with one-time declaration, enhancing regional logistics efficiency. Wenzhou’s TIR network expanded since 2024 (16 routes to 4 countries, 155M+ yuan goods). Customs uses intelligent supervision; future plans integrate with new foreign trade models.

On Jan 9, 2026, the "Ostock" ship carrying 92.5 tons of Russian king crabs docked at Damaiyu Port (Taizhou), completing customs clearance via Yuhuan Taizhou Customs—its first 2026 fresh aquatic import. Damaiyu Port (Taizhou's only aquatic supervision port) used cold chain facilities for quick clearance. The crabs will go to Yangtze Delta cities, enriching local food supplies.

On the 7th, a "Yiwu Ningbo Zhoushan Port" sea rail intermodal train departed Yiwu (Suxi) International Hub Port. Since its June 2025 opening, the hub has handled over 100,000 TEUs (6.62b yuan in goods value). It optimized logistics, adopted customs convenience measures and intelligent equipment to boost efficiency, benefiting inland enterprises.

In 2025, Ningbo Zhoushan Port hit over 1.4B tons cargo throughput (17th global No.1) and 43M TEUs containers (3rd global), a window to China's economic resilience, green/intelligent transformation, and high-level opening-up via dual circulation.

Meishan Port Area under Ningbo Zhoushan Port achieved new container throughput highs in 2025, became the first "double four-star" terminal, with Ningbo Customs supporting its green smart development via optimized regulations and smart logistics.

Ningbo Airport Customs supervised 1.0711 million inbound and outbound passengers in 2025 (a 6-year high). Its T2 terminal duty-free shop had 6.94 million yuan sales (94.27% YoY growth). Customs supported stores with "immediate inspection and release" and paperless transfer, plus provided duty-free shopping tips.

On Jan 12, 2026, Ningbo Lishe Airport's T2 exit duty-free shop had busy passenger shopping. 2025 inbound-outbound passengers hit a 6-year high (1.0711m), boosting duty-free sales up 94.27% to 6.94m yuan. Recently, workers loaded over 150 Geely new energy vehicles at Ningbo Zhongxin Port for Middle East shipment. In Jan-Nov 2025, Ningbo Port's NEV exports hit 26b yuan (up 280.4% YoY), top markets UAE, Brazil, EU. Ningbo Customs optimized clearance, supporting the city's auto industry cluster.

In 2025, Ningbo Zhoushan Port maintained world-leading cargo (1.4B tons, 17th consecutive first) and container (43M TEU, 3rd) throughputs. Supported by Ningbo Customs' innovation, sea-rail expansion, and smart customs, it launched the China-Europe Arctic express, connected 700+ global ports, boosting foreign trade high-quality development.

Recently, the refueling ship "Ocean Oil 302" at Ningbo Zhoushan Port's Chuanshan Port Area completed refueling nearly 6000 cubic meters of bonded LNG for container ship "Mediterranean Jiaoyataoluo". Ningbo Zhoushan Port accelerates building an international bonded fuel refueling center, with Ningbo Customs supporting innovative modes. By 2025, its bonded LNG refueling volume will exceed 250000 cubic meters, consolidating its green shipping leading position and boosting Zhejiang Pilot Free Trade Zone's construction.

On January 8, 2026, the "Mediterranean Jessinia" docked at Ningbo Zhoushan Port. Next day, it departed for Brisbane with 2000 TEUs of goods, marking the official opening of Mediterranean Shipping Company's Australian route (the first of 2026 at the port). Ningbo Customs assisted in the opening. The port now has over 300 routes connecting 700+ ports worldwide.
