Ningbo facilitates this, with 129 CEE agricultural products approved, rising trade volumes (Ningbo's Jan-Oct 2025 import/export 49.79b yuan up 4.5%), and customs providing one-stop info services.

Bengbu Customs provided facilitation (immediate inspection, 24-hour clearance) to ease warehousing pressure. Its Jan-Oct pesticide export reached 28,000 tons (500 million yuan), while Bengbu Customs supervised 6,018 dangerous goods batches (up 9.5% YoY).
