The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) issued a notice to launch the creation of national emerging industry development demonstration bases, aiming to build about 100 park-based and 1,000 enterprise-based bases by 2035. Focusing on key sectors like new-generation IT, new energy, etc., the bases cover two types: parks (promoting industrial clusters) and enterprises (strengthening core technologies). The 2-year creation period ends with unified evaluation and acceptance by MIIT.

On November 20th, Bengbu Comprehensive Bonded Zone (Anhui's 6th, first in northern Anhui) officially closed and began operation, marking significant progress of Anhui Pilot FTZ Bengbu Area in 5 years. Qingpu has got CIIE's first orders for 8 years, issued first business licenses, and 3 enterprises obtained AEO advanced certification. Qingpu's 21 AEO enterprises contribute over 35% of its import/export volume.
