Kunming Post Office Customs offered facilitation (advance declaration, electronic payment) to boost clearance; CBE imports/exports hit 650k items (29.34m yuan, up 53%/16% YoY). It also innovated "China-Laos Railway+CBE" mode, supervising over 1400 CBE goods via the railway since Oct 15.

On November 10, a MOFCOM spokesperson stated the US suspending 301 investigation measures on China's shipbuilding and other industries is an important step to implement the Kuala Lumpur Economic and Trade Consultation Consensus.
