Starting from September 29th, South Korea implemented a visa-free policy for Chinese group tourists. As of October 28th, Yantai Customs supervised 40194 inbound/outbound personnel (up 22.5%/28% YoY). Yantai Airport, a close China-South Korea hub with 70 weekly round-trip flights to South Korea, has become a "golden air channel". Yantai Customs promoted smart customs (Smart Travel Inspection system for seamless clearance). China Eastern Airlines Yantai Branch noted higher passenger load factor and good clearance experience.

On Nov 1, Yunnan's Menghai County exported 182kg of 4 freshwater fish species to Dubai, UAE for the first time. Previously mainly exported to Southeast Asia, the export was supported by Xishuangbanna Customs with one-stop services. Since this year, the customs has supervised 333 tons of live fish exports worth 6.51 million yuan.

On October 31, 2025, Malaysia's MITI issued a final anti-dumping ruling on galvanized steel coils/sheets from China, South Korea and Vietnam, imposing duties (0%-26.80% for China, 2.21%-31.47% for South Korea, 4.76%-57.90% for Vietnam) valid 5 years (Nov 1, 2025-Oct 31, 2030). Earlier, it initiated investigation (Feb 6, 2025) and preliminary ruling (July 4, 2025).
