Pre cargo terminal is a "satellite station" established by airport cargo terminals in logistics hubs, comprehensive protection zones, or industrial clusters far away from the airport. At present, the pre cargo station in Songjiang Comprehensive Bonded Zone is vigorously promoting the upgrade of bulk cargo transportation to charter operation on the basis of normalized operation, achieving efficient coordination between regional air logistics and bonded warehousing functions, and providing an efficient and convenient international logistics channel for Songjiang District.
For us, procedures such as customs clearance, airport security checks, and airline consolidation can be completed in one stop at our doorstep. The shipment of goods is safer and more convenient, and logistics information feedback is more timely and intelligent, "said Zhang Liang, the head of customs affairs at Shanghai Hongshan International Logistics Co., Ltd." Now, the logistics time for our exported goods has been shortened by 30%, and the overall operating costs have been reduced, further enhancing our market competitiveness
In order to continuously improve the functional level of the front-end cargo station, Songjiang Customs has adopted measures such as "online appointment" and "on-demand inspection" to enhance the precision of supervision and customs clearance efficiency in response to the characteristics of concentrated time periods, large order volumes, and diverse categories of cross-border e-commerce export goods; Strengthen collaboration and linkage with cargo terminal operators, airports, and logistics companies, dynamically track cargo volume trends and flight schedules, achieve rapid response and precise services, and provide solid support for expanding and increasing efficiency of pre positioned cargo terminals.
