Recently, a batch of bamboo straws produced by Anhui Hongye Group Co., Ltd. passed the inspection of Chizhou Customs under Hefei Customs and will soon be sent to South Korea.

Relying on ecological and technological advantages, our products are highly favored by consumers in the international market. In recent years, under the guidance of customs, we have taken advantage of the RCEP policy, and the growth of the East and Southeast Asian markets has been particularly rapid. Last year, our exports to South Korea increased by nearly 60%, and it is expected to continue to maintain high-speed growth this year. ”Shi Tianyu, the foreign trade manager of Anhui Hongye Group Co., Ltd., said.
In order to assist enterprises in seizing the global opportunity of "replacing plastic with bamboo", Chizhou Customs actively plays its functional role and has opened a "green channel" to provide support for enterprises in inspection and quarantine, rules of origin, intellectual property customs protection, etc., guiding enterprises to standardize quarantine and pest control treatment, strengthen source control, and improve product quality. At the same time, facilitation measures such as "direct loading upon arrival at the port" will be implemented to achieve "immediate reporting, inspection, and release", fully releasing policy dividends such as tariff reductions, and reducing the comprehensive costs of enterprise tariffs, logistics, warehousing, etc. by more than 30%.
According to statistics, in 2025, Chizhou Customs will issue 439 certificates of origin under the China Korea Free Trade Agreement for export enterprises in its jurisdiction, a year-on-year increase of 26%. The visa amount will exceed 130 million yuan, which can reduce import tariffs by about 6 million yuan for enterprises.
Next, Chizhou Customs will focus on the development needs of local characteristic industries, continuously optimize the port business environment, and help more ecological "high value" to transform into economic "high value".
