Recently, the customs of Qingdao Jiaodong Airport seized a passenger who illegally brought 73 items, 5400 cigarettes, and 1125 grams of tobacco into the country.
During the supervision of inbound passengers and luggage, customs officers discovered that the checked baggage inspection image of a passenger who entered through a "no declaration channel" was abnormal. After unpacking and inspection, it was found that there were 2 high-end shoulder bags, 4 pieces of jewelry, 61 pieces of various medicines, 6 pieces of cosmetics, a total of 73 pieces, 5400 cigarettes (27 pieces), 1125 grams of tobacco (45 packs), and a total value of over 100000 yuan in their luggage. The parties acknowledge that the purpose of carrying the above-mentioned items is for the purpose of purchasing on behalf of others for profit.
