Lishui kitchenware has a smooth path to exporting aluminum products overseas
Recently, in Huzhen Town, Jinyun County, Lishui City, Zhejiang Lanya Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Lanya Technology") fully opened its automated production line. After stamping, spraying, assembly, and quality inspection, aluminum non stick pots were quickly packed and exported to more than 100 countries around the world.
Lishui is an important production area for aluminum kitchenware in southwestern Zhejiang. Relying on high-quality aluminum resources and mature manufacturing foundation, it has formed a complete industrial chain from aluminum plate supply, mold development to finished product processing, testing and certification. At present, industrial concentration areas such as Huzhen Town have gathered a group of specialized and innovative enterprises such as Lanya Technology and Gaozi Technology. Their products cover multiple categories such as frying pans, frying pans, soup pots, pressure cookers, etc. With the advantages of lightweight, corrosion resistance, and easy cleaning, they are highly favored by the global market. In 2025, the export value of aluminum kitchenware related products in Lishui reached 614 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 8.67%.
In recent years, the demand for environmentally friendly and durable aluminum pots in the overseas kitchenware market has increased. In 2025, we launched a new type of frying pan that combines physical non stick technology with coating technology, and pushed lightweight soup pots to the European and American markets. The foreign trade manager of Lanya Technology admitted that before exporting, the company was not aware of the regulatory requirements for heavy metal leaching and coating safety of food contact aluminum products in the target market, and was once in a dilemma of "afraid of stepping on the red line" in exports.
In response, Lishui Customs under Hangzhou Customs, together with Jinyun County Economic and Commercial Bureau, has sorted out the relevant requirements of different markets such as EU LFGB and US FDA to help enterprises quickly familiarize themselves with international technical rules. The guidance from the customs is very timely. Our aluminum pot export volume will increase by 35.35% year-on-year in 2025, and orders are still increasing, "said Hu Dengke, Chairman of Lanya Technology. Currently, the company produces 50000 aluminum pots per day and has firmly established a foothold in the overseas high-end kitchenware market.
