Since the pilot of the new mode of sea rail multimodal transport, the first batch of goods exported from Jiangxi to Europe

On the morning of January 30th, a sea rail multimodal transport train loaded with car parts, travel boxes, adhesive tape, lighting and other goods departed from Nanchang International Land Port after completing the inspection and release procedures at the Ganjiang New Area Customs under Nanchang Customs. This train will be transshipped onto a sea vessel at Beilun Port in Ningbo, and will depart from Meishan Port in Ningbo before finally arriving in France. This is the first sea rail multimodal transport cargo exported by Jiangxi Province using this mode since the General Administration of Customs launched the pilot of the new mode of multimodal transport for export goods. Next, the customs of Ganjiang New Area will continue to build channels and platforms, fully leveraging the key role of multimodal transport business in building a modern logistics system in China, and writing a new chapter of cross sea and mutually beneficial development for the construction of Nanchang Inland Open Economic Pilot Zone.
