Deepen the innovation of customs supervision system and promote the development and construction of Guangdong Pilot Free Trade Zone. Intensify the release of the reform pilot dividends of bonded logistics centers (Type B), serve the high-quality development of Gaolan Port Comprehensive Bonded Zone, and continue to cooperate with research to promote the transformation and upgrading of the Zhuhai Macao Cross border Industrial Zone. Establish and improve cross-border cooperation mechanisms, deepen the functional construction of "one order, two reports" in Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao, promote the paperless issuance of inspection and quarantine certificates in both directions with Macao, and explore the establishment of a cross-border linkage mechanism to prevent the invasion of alien species.
