Gaobeidian Bonded Logistics Center (Type B) has passed the on-site inspection and acceptance
On December 30th, a joint inspection team consisting of Shijiazhuang Customs, Hebei Supervision Bureau of the Ministry of Finance, Hebei Tax Service of the State Taxation Administration, and Hebei Branch of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange conducted an on-site inspection of the checkpoints, inspection sites, supervised warehouses, isolation fences, and information facilities of the Gaobeidian Bonded Logistics Center (Type B). After holding an inspection review meeting, the team unanimously agreed that the Gaobeidian Bonded Logistics Center (Type B) meets the provisions and requirements of the "Acceptance Standards for Basic and Supervision Facilities of Bonded Logistics Centers".
Gaobeidian Bonded Logistics Center (Type B) is the sixth bonded logistics center (Type B) approved in Hebei Province and also the first one in the province featuring a wide range of consumer goods for people's livelihood. During the application process for the project, Shijiazhuang Customs actively guided the investment and operation entity to improve functional planning and software and hardware settings, achieving approval and acceptance within the year, and meeting the requirements for customs clearance and operation within half a year.
According to reports, the Bonded Logistics Center (Type B) is a bonded supervision site approved by the General Administration of Customs, the Ministry of Finance, and other three ministries and commissions. It is operated by a domestic enterprise legal person in China, and multiple enterprises have entered and engaged in bonded warehousing and logistics business.
"The Gaobeidian Bonded Logistics Center (Type B) is located in the Shuangxin Industrial Concentration Zone of the Gaobeidian Economic Development Zone, with a planned area of 46,729.21 square meters and a total warehousing area of 50,599 square meters," said Dong Shiwei, Deputy Director of Baoding Customs. The center aligns with Baoding's city positioning of "serving the capital, connecting with Beijing and Tianjin, and collaborating with Xiong'an", fully leveraging the advantages of being a "frontier" for the relocation of non-capital functions around Beijing and Tianjin. Characterized by "bonded + imported consumer goods", it focuses on developing businesses such as imported warehousing and distribution of consumer goods, cross-border e-commerce imports and exports, automotive parts supply chain management, and logistics for pharmaceuticals and medical devices. It serves as an important platform for opening up to the outside world.
As the only open platform with bonded functions in Baoding, once the center is sealed and operational, it will rely on the mechanism of "port clearance + bonded storage + distribution and delivery" to simplify the customs clearance process for enterprises under customs supervision, targeting a wide range of import and export commodities. This will effectively reduce the tax costs and capital occupation pressure of enterprises, further enhance the regional commodity supply level, and help Baoding integrate deeper into the modern capital metropolitan area.
In addition, the center will actively promote the implementation of bonded business models in the Baoding Comprehensive Pilot Zone, focusing on new forms of cross-border e-commerce. It will fully leverage the center's bonded and tax rebate policy functions, providing enterprises with more convenient and efficient full-process support in terms of regulatory services, thereby helping enterprises reduce costs and increase efficiency.
