The first imported engine bonded maintenance business in Northeast China has landed in Dalian Wanli Comprehensive Bonded Zone

Recently, under the supervision of Jinpu Customs officers under Dalian Customs, four car engines from Dubai have successfully entered the Dalian Wanli Comprehensive Bonded Zone and will be transported to Hered (Dalian) Construction Machinery Maintenance Co., Ltd. for inspection and maintenance work. This marks the first bonded maintenance business in Northeast China to land in Dalian Wanli Comprehensive Bonded Zone.

Bonded maintenance refers to the business model in which enterprises within the comprehensive bonded zone transport goods with damaged or malfunctioning components from overseas or outside the zone into the zone for inspection and repair, and then re transport them out of the zone. This model deeply integrates manufacturing and services, and has the characteristics of high technological content and high added value.

The Dalian Wanli Comprehensive Bonded Zone has significant advantages in warehousing conditions, software and hardware support, and combined with bonded maintenance policies, imported equipment, maintenance parts, and related consumables are in bonded status, reducing the operating costs of enterprises. This model effectively alleviates our company's financial pressure and is conducive to further expanding our testing and maintenance business market, attracting more domestic and foreign customers

In order to promote the smooth implementation of bonded maintenance business and enrich the business form of Dalian Wanli Comprehensive Bonded Zone, we actively visited enterprises to understand their needs, provided full guidance on the establishment of accounting books, material management, and goods declaration, and customized the best regulatory plan to adapt to the bonded maintenance business of engines, "said Wang Changyu, Deputy Director of Jinpu Customs.

The implementation of bonded maintenance services has further expanded the bonded service functions of Dalian Wanli Comprehensive Bonded Zone and accumulated experience for the subsequent development of high-tech and high value-added maintenance services.
