What Liu Yinping experienced was the "Enterprise Self Inspection Results Recognition Model" promoted and implemented by the customs since March 2025. This reform will transform the traditional customs led inspection of enterprises into "enterprise independent inspection and customs review and recognition" based on enterprise credit, allowing honest and law-abiding foreign trade enterprises to "enter the battlefield lightly" and achieve "one-time submission of materials and efficient completion of inspection".
It is understood that the customs conduct on-site inspections of the production and operation behavior of foreign trade enterprises every year to promote the healthy and compliant development of trade. Starting from March 2025, the new model will be promoted nationwide, and its scope of application will be expanded from only advanced certified (AEO) enterprises to customs registered and filed enterprises with good credit; The scope of verification items has also increased from 3 to 45, covering a wider range of fields.
