In the first 11 months, general trade still played a "ballast stone" role, with imports and exports reaching 16.49 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 1.5%, accounting for 85.9% of the total foreign trade value of the region; The vitality of processing trade has burst forth, with imports and exports reaching 1.42 billion yuan, a significant increase of 23.7% year-on-year, accounting for 7.4%, and the driving effect of the industrial chain gradually emerging; The bonded logistics trade has grown rapidly, with imports and exports reaching 1.27 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 80.4%, accounting for 6.6%. The vitality of market entities is effectively stimulated, driven by both private and foreign-funded enterprises. Private enterprises continue to lead the development of foreign trade, with imports and exports reaching 15.09 billion yuan in the first 11 months, a year-on-year increase of 6.9%, accounting for 78.6% of the total foreign trade value of the region; The confidence in the development of foreign-invested enterprises has been boosted, with imports and exports reaching 2.92 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 14.6%, accounting for 15.2%,; State owned enterprises imported and exported 1.18 billion yuan, accounting for 6.2%, playing an important supporting role in ensuring the stability of the industrial and supply chains.

The export share of traditional advantageous products such as basic organic chemicals and ferroalloys is stable, and the export performance of mechanical and electrical products and agricultural products is particularly impressive. Among them, the exports of excavators and loaders increased by 28.1 times and 15.7 times respectively year-on-year; The export of fresh or refrigerated vegetables, crushed chili peppers, and dried chili peppers increased by 60%, 231.2%, and 516.1% year-on-year, respectively. From a market perspective, exports of electromechanical products to Ghana, Malaysia, and India increased by 83.3%, 199.8%, and 288.5% year-on-year, respectively; The export of agricultural products to Hong Kong, Singapore, and Thailand increased by 572.6%, 51%, and 30.3% respectively year-on-year, and the international competitiveness of characteristic products has significantly improved.

In terms of imports, electromechanical products and bulk commodities have established a solid growth foundation. In the first 11 months, Ningxia's imports of mechanical and electrical products, metal ores, coal, and lignite totaled 2.87 billion yuan, accounting for 56.2% of the total import value of the region and driving import growth by 19.3 percentage points.
