Customs has established a "green channel", formed a special team, and relied on the "Gannong Foreign Trade Connect" digital platform to provide enterprises with "7 × 24" 24-hour response and precise policy push, weaving an efficient service network. Since the launch of the special action, the export value of Pingliang and Qingyang has increased by 50.3% year-on-year.

While ensuring the export of fresh fruits, the "Pingjietong" special action also focuses on promoting the extension of the apple industry to deep processing and activating the "new engine" of value enhancement. Customs guides enterprises to improve the production standards of deep processed products, helping them transform from raw material suppliers to food producers.

In the first 11 months, the export value of apple deep processed products in Pingliang and Qingyang increased by 7.1 times, reaching 130 million yuan. Through the model of "enterprise+cooperative+farmer", the value-added benefits also benefit the vast number of fruit farmers, achieving a win-win situation between enterprise development and farmers' income increase. Nowadays, fresh fruit exports are on par with deep processing, and the resilience of the industrial chain has significantly increased.

From orchards on the Loess Plateau to shelves in overseas markets, the "Pingjietong" special action not only escorts apples to go global, but also actively promotes the shaping of a more dynamic and resilient industrial ecology. Data shows that from the launch of the "Pingjietong" special action in August 2025 to the end of November, the value of fresh apples and apple juice guaranteed for export by Pingliang Customs increased by 27.1% and 4.3 times respectively year-on-year, with significant results in expanding volume and increasing value.
