These important propositions systematically summarize the successful experience of Asia Pacific development, conform to the trend of the times, effectively counter the anti globalization rhetoric, point out the path for the Asia Pacific region to work together and achieve integrated development, and inspire all parties to adhere to multilateralism and free trade, and maintain confidence in an open economy.
As a responsible member of the Asia Pacific family, China has always shared opportunities and developed together with the Asia Pacific and the world, striving to establish oneself and others, and to achieve greatness. Not long ago, the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China successfully concluded and approved the "15th Five Year Plan" proposal. Shirakawa, a professor at Japan's University of Justice, said that this demonstrates China's responsibility to promote the common development of the world with Chinese path to modernization.
China's development cannot be separated from the Asia Pacific region, and it will also further benefit the Asia Pacific region.
