ITC of the United States issued part 337 final decision on ink cartridge and its component II

On May 13, 2025, Epson Portland Inc. of Hillsboro, Ore., Epson America, Inc. of Los Alamitos, Calif., and Seiko Epson Corporation of Japan filed a 337 investigation application with ITC of the United States, claiming that the product exported to, imported into, and sold in the United States violated Article 337 of the United States (infringing U.S. registered patent numbers 8764172, 9370934, 11535038, 12240248, 12240249), and requested ITC of the United States to issue a general exclusion order, a limited exclusion order, and a prohibition order.
