On November 17, 2025, adeia, Inc., adeia semiconductor bonding technologies, Inc., and adeia Holdings Inc. filed an application with the U.S. International Trade Commission in accordance with Section 337 of the tariff act of 1930, claiming that the specific semiconductor devices, computing products containing the same, and components thereof exported to, imported into, and sold in the United States violated Section 337 of the U.S.
