"Our newly launched pistachio chocolate mooncakes with Dubai flavor and duck dung tea flavor mooncakes are popular with consumers in the Middle East, Hong Kong and Macao." Cheng Yunfeng, head of New Shidai (Foshan) Food Co., Ltd., said that since this year, the company has exported 30 million yuan worth of mooncakes, Sachima and other products. Mooncakes are seasonal food for festivals and have high timeliness requirements. In response to the centralized shipment demand of enterprises, Foshan Customs, a subsidiary of Guangzhou Customs, has conducted a preliminary investigation of the production plan and export order situation of enterprises, actively preaching the food access regulations of different countries and regions, guiding enterprises to standardize the entire process of raw material control, production processing, and finished product testing, and implementing full process risk monitoring of key processes such as raw material traceability, additive use, baking and packaging. At the same time, a "green channel" for mooncake exports will be established, and convenient measures such as appointment declaration, priority inspection, and rapid certificate issuance will be implemented to minimize the clearance time of goods. According to statistics, in the first eight months of this year, the cumulative value of mooncake exports under the supervision of the customs exceeded 38 million yuan.

In order to support enterprises in competing for "fresh" exports, Qingyuan Customs, a subsidiary of Guangzhou Customs, has proactively understood the production processes and shipping plans of enterprises, provided guidance on the construction of quality and safety management systems for export food production enterprises, provided policy interpretations around product classification, ingredient access, label declaration, and other aspects, and urged enterprises to do a good job in source management of raw materials, food additives, etc.
In recent years, Guangzhou Peninsula Food Co., Ltd. has focused on exploring the European and American markets. Tan Zhenyu, the manager of the company, said that this year, while retaining the traditional Cantonese style moon cake flavors such as double yellow white lotus, flowing heart milk, ham and five kernels, the company also introduced new flavors such as coconut egg yolk, Red bean soup egg yolk, to better meet the diversified needs of overseas markets. To help enterprises stabilize orders and expand markets, Huadu Customs, a subsidiary of Guangzhou Customs, provides a "24-hour" appointment inspection service, continuously following up on the entire customs clearance process of mooncake export acceptance declaration, inspection, and supervision, achieving "instant declaration, instant review, and instant inspection" for exported mooncakes. At the same time, strict supervision and sampling will be implemented, with a focus on strengthening quality control over the use of raw materials and food additives, to ensure that mooncakes meet the standards and requirements of the exporting countries and regions.
