In the first seven months of this year, Fujian's energy-saving frying pan exports ranked third in the country
With the continuous rise of the global "stay at home economy" and the demand for home cooking, as well as the popularity of overseas Chinese cuisine culture, Fujian produced electric stir fry pans have become the "new favorite" of the international kitchen appliance market due to their high cost-effectiveness and intelligent functions. According to statistics from Fuzhou Customs, in the first seven months of this year, Fujian Province exported electric frying pans worth 21.501 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 33.7%, ranking third in the country in terms of export scale.
Fujian's energy-saving frying pans are mainly exported through processing trade. In the first seven months, Fujian Province exported electric frying pans for 14.014 million yuan through processing trade, an increase of 46.8%, accounting for 65.2% of the total export value of Fujian's energy-saving frying pans during the same period. During the same period, exports through general trade amounted to 7.404 million yuan, an increase of 28.9%, accounting for 34.4%.
Foreign invested enterprises are the main force in the export of Fujian's energy-saving frying pans, with exports of 14.014 million yuan in the first seven months, an increase of 46.8%, accounting for 65.2% of the total export value of Fujian's energy-saving frying pans during the same period; Private enterprises performed outstandingly, exporting 7.452 million yuan, an increase of 14.2%, accounting for 34.7%.
The export market for Fujian's energy-saving frying pans presents a "core+diversified" feature, consolidating the traditional market while exploring emerging markets. In the first seven months, Fujian's energy-saving frying pans exported 12.75 million yuan to the United States, an increase of 38.4%, accounting for 59.3% of the total export value of Fujian's energy-saving frying pans during the same period. During the same period, exports to Australia, Canada, and ASEAN amounted to 3.634 million yuan, 2.357 million yuan, and 1.464 million yuan, respectively, an increase of 26.7%, 41.4%, and 43.8%, accounting for 16.9%, 11%, and 6.8%, respectively.
