On July 15th, vehicles shuttled through the Hongwan Port in Zhuhai, and under customs supervision, more than 650000 pieces of integrated circuit boards with a value of about 104 million yuan were quickly loaded onto ships for export to overseas markets via Hong Kong.

As one of the key industrial clusters of "4+3" in Zhuhai, the integrated circuit industry started early and has a good foundation. Its application scope covers multiple fields, and its product updates and iterations are fast, with high requirements for customs clearance timeliness. In the first half of the year, our precision integrated circuit products were exported smoothly and delivered in a timely manner, and the overseas order volume continued to remain high. Currently, electronic products equipped with our chips are selling well in multiple overseas markets, "said Peng Shaohu, the customs officer of Zhuhai Miaocun Technology Co., Ltd.

In response to the characteristics of multiple batches and diverse categories of integrated circuit products, as well as the prominent requirement for customs clearance timeliness, Wan Chai Customs under Gongbei Customs has opened a "green channel" for the export of integrated circuit products, promoted convenient modes such as "direct loading upon arrival", and improved the efficiency of port logistics operations; Optimize the control and inspection mode for precision electronics and vacuum packaging goods, prioritize review and release, reduce the risk of cargo damage, and ensure efficient and smooth customs clearance of goods. We dynamically adjust our manpower deployment, establish a refined service model of 'one enterprise, one file', assign dedicated personnel to coordinate enterprise import and export plans, provide guidance on classification and pricing, implement facilitation measures, reduce compliance costs for enterprises, fully optimize the port business environment, and promote the global sales of domestically produced high-quality integrated circuit products, "said Wang Hui, Chief of the Comprehensive Business Department of Wan Chai Customs.

According to customs statistics, in the first half of this year, enterprises in Zhuhai exported integrated circuits worth 8.01 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 274.2%. (Text/Kong Feiyang)
