Recently, Dayaowan Customs processed the appointment review procedures for the release of a batch of "frozen narrow cod" with a total weight of about 1200 tons. Subsequently, the vehicles carrying this batch of goods gradually entered the Dalian Dayaowan Comprehensive Bonded Zone and unloaded the goods to the cold storage of Dalian Puling Zhangzidao International Logistics Co., Ltd. Afterwards, the batch of goods will be sent in bulk to local processing plants in Dalian for bonded processing.

The relevant person in charge of Dalian Puling Zhangzidao International Logistics Co., Ltd. stated that since the beginning of this year, the company's import volume and transaction volume of aquatic products have grown rapidly. The convenient customs clearance services provided by the customs have eased the storage pressure of the enterprise and ensured that the products can be delivered to customers on time.

It is reported that in recent years, Dalian Dayaowan Comprehensive Bonded Zone has relied on its location, policies, and functional advantages to steadily develop and strengthen its cold chain aquatic product trade business, improve its logistics system, continuously reduce customs clearance costs, and accelerate the construction of a cold chain logistics hub that serves Northeast China, faces the whole country, and connects the world.

At the same time, relying on policy advantages such as classified supervision of stored goods according to their status and direct transfer within the area, the "batch entry and batch exit" supervision model is promoted, achieving "one-time declaration" for storage enterprises and "on-demand pickup" for downstream processing enterprises, alleviating the storage pressure on processing enterprises.
