On July 6th, 21 tons of "Chuanzhi Hong" fresh apricots declared for export by Anshan Zhonghe Hongnan Pear Professional Cooperative were successfully cleared and released after passing the supervision of Anshan Customs under Dalian Customs. Subsequently, the batch of fresh apricots will be exported to Russia through road cold chain transportation. This is the first export of fresh apricot products from Anshan area.
Anshan City is situated in the Qianshan Mountains, and its unique geographical location and climate environment provide unique conditions for the development of the local fruit industry. Late maturing apricots are one of the local specialty agricultural products. Fresh apricots have thick flesh, moderate sour and sweet taste, and rich flavor, which are loved by consumers.
Our cooperative has a 150 acre fresh apricot planting area with an annual output of about 350 tons. In order to help local fruit farmers increase their income, we have started to explore overseas markets this year, "said Yuan Jialong, the president of Anshan Zhonghe Hongnan Fruit Pear Professional Cooperative." The freshness period of fresh apricots is short, and there are high requirements for logistics and customs clearance. Due to the lack of experience in exporting fruits before, we are not very familiar with the customs clearance process and the requirements of the exporting country, and the road to export is full of difficulties
In order to promote the smooth "export" of Anshan fresh apricots, Anshan Customs has established a special assistance team to go deep into orchards and packaging workshops, guide cooperatives to improve the quality and safety management system of the entire chain of planting, harvesting, processing, packaging, warehousing and transportation, standardize key links such as comprehensive pest control and agricultural chemical control, and help cooperatives successfully complete the registration of outbound orchards, outbound fruit packaging factories, and overseas registration. In the export customs clearance process, the customs has opened a "green channel" for inspection of fresh and perishable agricultural products. Through convenient measures such as "7x24 hour" appointment inspection and "cloud issuance" of inspection and quarantine certificates, the export of fresh apricots can be "reported and inspected immediately, and quickly released".
Next, Anshan Customs will continue to focus on the actual needs of enterprises, make good use of normalized assistance mechanisms such as "Customs Director delivers policies to the door" and "Ten Million, Ten Thousand", carry out precise assistance for "one enterprise, one policy" and "one product, one policy", continuously optimize the customs clearance process, implement various convenient measures, and promote more local characteristic fresh fruits to go abroad and spread their fragrance overseas.
