Zhengzhou Customs supports the acceleration of the 'Air Silk Road'
According to statistics from Zhengzhou Customs, in the first quarter, the international cargo and mail volume under its supervision at Zhengzhou Airport reached 163200 tons, a year-on-year increase of 21.8%; Supervise 4850 inbound and outbound flights, a year-on-year increase of 11.8%, injecting strong "air momentum" into Henan's foreign trade to make a good start.
Behind the increasingly dense air routes is the continuous strengthening of mechanism guarantees. Zhengzhou Customs has established a joint consultation and judgment mechanism with airports and ports, fully utilizing policies such as the fifth freedom rights, and supporting the continuous encryption of multiple routes such as Budapest, Li è ge, Miami, and Tashkent. Nowadays, the 1-hour aviation circle of Zhengzhou Airport can radiate more than half of the country's total economic output, and the 2-hour aviation circle covers 92% of the country's population and 95% of its total economic output. Global cargo "overnight departure and morning arrival" has become the norm.
Timeliness is the lifeline of enterprises like ours. "At the entrance of Zhengzhou Xinzheng Comprehensive Bonded Zone, Zhengzhou Zhengtian Da Logistics Co., Ltd.'s trucks loaded with imported materials are rapidly passing through the" zone port integration "intelligent checkpoint. Thanks to the innovative regulatory model of "one tally, one inspection, and one release", the time for goods to be delivered from landing on the plane to entering the warehouse has been shortened, and logistics costs have been reduced by half. For high-precision instruments, Zhengzhou Customs has tailored the "apron direct lifting" solution to compress the operation process, with a total clearance time of less than 10 hours.
Focusing on the needs of people's livelihood, Zhengzhou Airport Customs has established a collaborative guarantee mechanism for fresh goods, opened a "green channel" for imports, implemented "smart certification" and "conditional departure", and achieved "immediate inspection upon arrival and release upon compliance". In the first quarter, the customs guaranteed a total of 1208 batches of fresh food imports, 4550.77 tons, with a value of 243 million yuan, an increase of 80.03%, 21.91%, and 55.39% respectively.
These visible changes are the dividends brought by Zhengzhou's "district port integration" and customs clearance facilitation reform. Zhengzhou Customs will continue to deepen reform and innovation, expand the route network, optimize the port business environment, and contribute customs strength to the opening and starting of the "15th Five Year Plan" with more efficient customs supervision services.
