The "Cross border One Lock" business is a convenient cross-border transit supervision model that integrates the reform of the General Administration of Customs' "Highway Cross border Rapid Clearance" and the Hong Kong Customs' "Multi mode Intermodal Transport Goods Facilitation Plan (ITFS)".
