The first batch of blended biofuel oil in the country has been successfully released for refueling, achieving full chain connection from tank blending to ship refueling

On the evening of March 23rd, the "Dayuan Oil 8" fuel supply ship loaded 2600 tons of domestic blended biofuel oil into the D-08 storage tank of the public bonded warehouse of Sinochem Xingzhong Petroleum Transportation (Zhoushan) Co., Ltd., and then went to Qingdao Qianwan Port Terminal to refuel international navigation ships docked there. This is the first time that the blending and blending business of biofuel oil under the national processing trade has been implemented, and the blended oil products have been exported for refueling international navigation ships for the first time. It marks the full chain connection of biofuel oil blending from tank blending to ship refueling, and is another landmark achievement of Zhejiang Pilot Free Trade Zone in the field of oil trade.
To ensure the smooth refueling of the first domestically mixed biofuel oil, Zhoushan Customs under Hangzhou Customs has launched a full process supervision service mechanism for refueling. Based on the green fuel characteristics and ultimate use of blended biofuel oil, the operation process is sorted out in advance to guide enterprises to smoothly complete procedures such as export of processed trade products, transfer between bonded areas, and application for outbound ship supply. The full process supervision service ensures the smooth completion of the refueling of blended domestic biofuel oil, injecting customs energy into the green transformation of the shipping industry.  
The full process service of customs ensures the efficient and smooth refueling process of blended biofuel oil, seamlessly connecting the entire process from blending to refueling completion. This not only saves time and costs, but also gives us confidence in expanding our green ship fuel business, "said Wang Jiahao, Deputy Director of the Zhoushan Center Warehouse of China Shipbuilding Fuel Co., Ltd. The biofuel oil added after this blending can be directly applied to existing ship engines, reducing carbon emissions by about 20% and helping the green and low-carbon development of the shipping industry.
The successful refueling of the first domestically mixed biofuel oil is an important practice for Hangzhou Customs to implement the construction requirements of the bulk commodity resource allocation hub in Zhejiang Pilot Free Trade Zone. From the pilot implementation of blending and blending policies, to the formulation of full process supervision plans, and to service innovation in the refueling process, customs has provided advanced services throughout the entire process, carried out special guidance for enterprises, and directly supplied blended oil products to international navigation ships, greatly reducing enterprise costs and improving the efficiency of the green ship fuel supply chain, "said Xu Degang, head of the bonded supervision department of Zhoushan Customs under Hangzhou Customs.
