The spring tea season of 2026 has just begun, and local tea companies have seen a continuous increase in overseas orders. Batch after batch of Enshi selenium tea, which carries the essence of mountains and rivers, has been quickly inspected and released by customs before being exported overseas.

At present, the total area of tea cultivation in Enshi has reached 1.82 million mu, with over 589000 mu of tea raw material cultivation bases registered for export by customs and 117 tea production enterprises registered for export.

Enshi Customs is based on the advantages of local characteristic industries, actively and accurately serving, efficiently and quickly handling the registration of export food production enterprises and raw material planting bases, helping tea enterprises seize the production and sales period, and smoothing the "green channel" for tea exports. It adopts the "advance declaration, appointment inspection, and rapid release" mode, guarding the "freshness" of spring tea with the "speed" of customs, and helping Enshi selenium tea polish its "international business card".

According to statistics, by 2025, Enshi Prefecture will export 16000 tons of tea with a value exceeding 400 million yuan, ranking first in both export volume and value in Hubei Province.
