Recently, the public bonded warehouse of Baoqing County Modern Cold Chain Logistics Park in Shuangyashan City opened for fresh goods, welcoming the first batch of imported goods into the warehouse. More than 500 frozen fish and frozen cooked shrimp from overseas have been successfully delivered. This marks the official opening and operation of the first public bonded warehouse in Shuangyashan City, achieving a historic breakthrough in cold chain logistics and foreign trade development.
The total storage area of the public bonded warehouse in Baoqing County Modern Cold Chain Logistics Park is 7861 square meters, which is the largest cold chain logistics base in the eastern region of Heilongjiang Province and the core carrier of the inland port for trade with Russia. The total storage capacity of the warehouse is about 7200 tons, with a designed tonnage of about 7000 tons. It has an automated three-dimensional warehouse and automated logistics system, which improves storage efficiency and space utilization while achieving rapid access to goods. At the same time, bonded warehouses can provide services such as bonded warehousing, logistics distribution, and value-added processing for settled enterprises. After imported goods enter the warehouse, on the one hand, they can be temporarily exempted from paying tariffs and taxes, and on the other hand, the goods in the warehouse can achieve "whole in and zero out", effectively alleviating the one-time tax pressure on enterprises, enhancing import willingness, enriching the variety of imported goods, and improving trade flexibility.
