Assist seed export Yinchuan Customs Technology Center to add new strength
Recently, in order to ensure the smooth export of seed enterprises in our region, Yinchuan Customs Technical Center has added 6 plant quarantine and testing projects, which have been approved by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS), providing authoritative testing services for seed enterprises in Ningxia at their doorstep.
Currently, global plant quarantine standards continue to tighten, and as a special trade commodity, the pathogen detection capability of seeds directly affects the smooth and safe trade of agricultural products. The seed industry is a key emerging high-tech industry cultivated in our region. Currently, there are 160 plant quarantine and testing projects recognized by the Yinchuan Customs Technology Center CNAS, and the testing reports have been mutually recognized by more than 100 countries and regions around the world, achieving the international universal effect of "one-time testing and global applicability".
In the first batch of seed pathogen testing laboratories authorized by the Australian Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry in 2025, the Yinchuan Customs Technical Center, with its complete technical system, standardized quality control and rich practical experience, successfully passed the Australian technical review and qualification verification, and was selected for the authorization list, opening up a "green channel" for the export of seeds from our region to Australia.
Next, the Yinchuan Customs Technology Center will continue to provide compliant and efficient testing services for export enterprises, compress customs clearance cycles, reduce retesting costs, and fully provide high-quality technical support for seed export enterprises in the autonomous region.
