The Ministry of Commerce responds to the upcoming sixth round of China US economic and trade consultations

The Ministry of Commerce held a regular press conference on February 26th. In response to questions regarding the upcoming sixth round of China US economic and trade consultations, He Yongqian, spokesperson for the Ministry of Commerce, stated that China and the United States have maintained continuous communication at all levels through the China US economic and trade consultation mechanism. China is willing to work together with the United States to implement and maintain the consensus reached at the Busan Summit and the February 4th phone call between the two heads of state. Through equal consultation, we will properly manage differences, expand practical cooperation, maintain the healthy, stable, and sustainable development of China US economic and trade relations, and better benefit both countries and the world.
